The Club Queen room was super comfy with nice bedding. I really liked the spacious layout, and the bathroom had a big bath which was a treat. The toiletries were top-notch, and I appreciated having a fridge in the room. Plus, the tea-making facilities were a nice touch. Only downside? The water pressure in the shower could’ve been better.

We faced several issues with cleanliness in our room, including an unsightly amount of limescale in the toilet and sink, which was quite off-putting. Additionally, it was frustrating to wait for assistance to unlock our adjoining rooms, and despite two requests, no one arrived for 20 minutes. When we returned to check, the rooms had been unlocked without our consent, leading to concerns about privacy and security.

The quiet location was a pleasant surprise with easy access to attractions, making it convenient. The gym and pool were reasonably equipped, contributing positively to the experience. However, check-in was frustratingly slow, taking longer than expected without much communication from staff. Room service was problematic due to a faulty phone, and there was a noticeable inconsistency in amenities like toiletries not being replenished regularly.

I loved staying close to both the stunning Magritte Museum, just about 1 km away, and beautiful Leopold Park, less than a 1 km stroll from my hotel, making my city walks truly enjoyable and enriching.

Just a good pick for a walk in the evening in Brussels with value for money. The bed was very comfortable, and I had a great sleep. Check the gym before using it as some equipment was broken.
